The class is based in Salisbury Wiltshire
Course setup
At the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, what you would like to achieve and your existing diet. After the consultation, I will plan a healthy and nutritious diet, which is designed to help you sensibly lose weight in the eight week period. There will be a weekly one to one yoga session which I will tailor to meet your own ability and experience. This can take place at your home (if applicable due to social distancing regulations) or via Zoom.
