About Allison Paloma
I am an eighth-semester Modern Languages student at EAN University in Bogota. I have taken online language classes, so I understand the challenges that can arise and know the effective tools to promote effective learning. I adapt to each student's needs and am committed to helping them achieve their goals, which motivate them to learn English. My classes are based on explaining theory in an easy-to-understand way and then putting it into practice. I like to get to know my students and analyze what type of learning works best for each one, so they can better understand the topics and get the most out of the class. I evaluate each topic to ensure the student has adequate mastery of the content. If not, I reinforce those points. I teach children, young adults, and adults, both those starting from a basic level and those with an intermediate level of English (A1, A2, B1). I use Cambridge workbooks and other practical tools to develop my classes.
