About Faye
I am a flute tutor with 7 years of experience, teaching students from school to college. My passion for music drives me to create lessons that are enjoyable, effective, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style.
Over the years, I have guided students to reach significant milestones such as winning competitions, performing in school and college recitals, and developing strong technical skills. Each student’s progress motivates me to continue refining my teaching approach.
I focus on both technical mastery and musical expression, ensuring students not only play notes correctly but also convey emotion through their music. Lessons are interactive, creative, and structured to build confidence and enjoyment in every step of the learning journey.
The most rewarding part of teaching is seeing students grow from hesitant beginners into confident performers. Teaching is more than my profession—it is my passion. I strive to inspire a love for music, nurture talent, and help every student achieve their personal and musical best.

I teach flute with a focus on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to make learning both fun and effective. I motivate students by helping them see progress in every lesson and encouraging them to explore new techniques.
Communication ensures lessons are clear, interactive, and adapted to each student’s pace. Integrity provides a structured, honest, and respectful learning environment. Creativity is a key part of my teaching, where students can experiment with improvisation, compose their own melodies, and explore different musical styles.
I also teach music theory, rhythm, and ear training, giving students a complete musical foundation. Lessons are personalised for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, helping students gain confidence, technical skill, and a deep love for music.
