I am currently an undergraduate student at Duke University who has taken over six years worth of French language classes. In my senior year of high school, I took AP French 5 Language and Composition and scored a 5 on the exam.
I focus on a holistic approach to teaching the French language - rather than drilling grammatical rules and testing arbitrary vocabulary, I emphasize the comprehension and effective expression of French as well as an appreciation of the culture.
I am willing to tutor elementary and middle school age students at a beginner to intermediate level in French, but I am more than happy to help high schoolers and even college students as well with developing their French language skills.

Details
I ask that if I am requested to meet up at a location that is more than a ~15-20 minute drive from my home, an additional $5 charge is added onto my hourly rate in order to compensate for gas and the time it takes to commute.
