Hi! I am studying biology at University of California, San Diego. I have taken and excelled in math courses through my academic career and I have experience working with and teaching children ages 5-13. I have specifically tutored kids online for about 2 years

My teaching approach involves a lot of practice and visual aids and hands-on activities such as games or drawings to help understand tricky math concepts. I encourage my students to ask a lot of questions, and have patience when learning new topics. In addition, I provide consistent review of previous material as well as challenging problems to solidify all the concepts they learn.
