About Andrew
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience and a strong commitment to helping High School and College students achieve success in English. During my teaching journey, I have successfully taught around 150 students with different learning abilities and goals.
My teaching philosophy is simple: every student can succeed through patience, encouragement, and personalized guidance. I design engaging lessons that improve grammar, vocabulary, speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing, and listening while making learning enjoyable and practical.
I encourage students to participate confidently, ask questions openly, and practice consistently. Regular assessments and supportive feedback help students understand their progress and stay motivated.
Many of my students have improved their academic results, communication skills, and confidence through structured learning and continuous practice. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic Writing, Reading Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills. I am passionate about helping students build lifelong English skills.

My teaching approach is centered on helping students achieve practical English skills through personalized guidance and regular communication practice. I prepare structured lessons that improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing together. Students participate in discussions, presentations, reading activities, writing exercises, and role plays that build confidence while improving language accuracy.
Accountability motivates students to stay organized through regular assignments and learning goals. Integrity allows me to build strong relationships based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Flexibility enables me to adjust lessons whenever necessary so every learner can progress comfortably.
Communication remains the heart of every lesson because confidence grows through active participation. I maintain a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to practice, ask questions, and celebrate their achievements.
Besides ESL, I teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Business English, Academic Writing, Vocabulary Development, Reading Comprehension, Pronunciation Practice, Interview Preparation, Communication Skills, and Workplace English. My objective is to help students become confident and independent English users.
