About Vadimas
Hi, I’m Vad. I’m a creative and active person, and martial arts has been my life ever since I was a kid. I love training, learning and pushing myself, but I also genuinely love coaching and helping other people develop.
I’ve competed in Semi-Professional MMA (turning pro next year), won regional titles and progressed to a BJJ brown belt. Through my own experience as a fighter, I’ve learnt the importance of great coaching, and I vow to bring that same level of attention and enthusiasm to my own students.
I’m patient, approachable and like to make training enjoyable while still pushing people to improve. I coach MMA, BJJ, boxing and striking, working with both adults and children at different levels.
For me, martial arts is about much more than fighting. It builds confidence, discipline, fitness and character, and I love helping people discover that for themselves.

Russian
I teach MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and striking with a technical, individual approach. I focus on developing real skill through clear instruction, practical drills, pad work, grappling and controlled sparring.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and are tailored to your level and goals, whether you’re a complete beginner, experienced martial artist or competitive fighter.
I have competed extensively in amateur MMA with 11 fights, won amateur titles in 3 different organisations and currently coach at Great Britain Top Team and MMAden. I hold a BJJ brown belt and have extensive experience coaching both adults and children.
