About Joss
I am a rugby player and international coach with 15 years of experience in elite sporting environments. Playing honours include England Academy 7s, Worcester Warriors, & the Ramblin Jesters following 5 years in the Saracens Academy System (alongside the likes of Maro Itoje and Nick Tomkins, albeit not quite so successful!) I continue to coach an elite invitational men's/women's 7s team (Tropics 7s) following 3 years coaching the Swedish National Women's & U18 7s teams Level 2 RFU Coaching Youth Strength and Conditioning Specialist Nutrition Coach Secondary Education PGCE

Each session and programme is bespoke and tailor-made for each athlete, striking a balance between physical development (speed, strength, conditioning) and skill enhancement. An additional focus is put on developing an athlete's mindset in order to improve their ability to perform at a higher level.
