About Cleo
As a Spanish tutor with 12 years of experience, I enjoy guiding school and college students through a learning journey that is both enjoyable and rewarding. I believe language learning should inspire confidence, curiosity, and creativity. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand the language while developing the confidence to use it naturally.
I use practical learning techniques including conversation sessions, pronunciation exercises, grammar workshops, vocabulary challenges, storytelling, reading activities, listening practice, and writing assignments. These engaging methods help students strengthen every language skill while staying motivated throughout the course.
Along with Spanish, I teach grammar, vocabulary building, reading, writing, listening comprehension, speaking, pronunciation, conversational Spanish, cultural understanding, and examination preparation.
I create a positive classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them. My goal is to help every learner achieve lasting confidence in Spanish.

My goal is to create an enjoyable and supportive environment where students can develop strong Spanish communication skills. My teaching methodology is built on Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity, allowing every student to learn confidently at their own pace.
Besides Spanish, I teach Spanish Grammar, Vocabulary Development, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Listening Practice, Speaking Practice, Pronunciation, Conversational Spanish, Business Spanish, Travel Spanish, Spanish Culture, and DELE preparation. These related subjects provide students with the knowledge and confidence needed to communicate effectively.
Communication is encouraged through regular conversations, discussions, presentations, and listening activities. Students actively practise Spanish in every lesson, making learning natural and enjoyable.
Flexibility allows me to personalise lessons based on individual learning goals and progress. Creativity keeps classes exciting through storytelling, games, videos, authentic resources, and practical language exercises.
Accountability supports consistent improvement through lesson planning, regular revision, assignments, and personalised feedback. Integrity creates a classroom built on respect, honesty, patience, and encouragement. My objective is to help students become confident, fluent, and independent Spanish speakers.
