About Leonard
Hi there! I’m Leonard, an artist, researcher, and educator based in Glasgow. My work spans from drawing and painting to sculpture and installation. I’m particularly drawn to East Asian art and the concept of Orientalism. Inspired by the transformative power of personalised guidance, I offer private tutorials to help students unleash their creativity, hone their skills, and discover their unique voice in art. I aim to provide each student with a truly transformative experience by sharing my expertise and dedication.

Art has always been a source of endless fascination and fulfilment. From graphite sketches to acrylic paintings, every medium offers a unique avenue for expression. Offering personalised attention and guidance tailored to students’ unique artistic journeys, I believe art is intensely personal, and my goal is to help students find their own voice and style. My lessons blend technical skill development with creative exploration, with tailored exercises and continuous feedback in 60 to 90-minute sessions. With extensive experience in drawing and sculpture, I teach students of all levels and ages, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
