About Emi
- What kind of experience do you have?
I already teach around 10 students from home. I run a weekly choir consisting of around 14 members and I also help people with songwriting too! I have written a full album, the backing music on piano and the vocals.

An online course with The Voice College.
- Do you belong to any professional organisations?
No, currently not.
- Tell me about some of your current students.
My current students range from ages 8-27. We are currently working on both vocal coaching and songwriting in different lessons. We start the lessons with vocal warm up techniques and then go onto some songs the students have chosen. I like the students to have a choice in what they would like to sing as I want the lessons to have a fun and friendly environment, but educational and beneficial too.

Hello! My names Emi Hall, I have recently qualified in the Higher Certification of Teaching Contemporary Singing.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach vocal coaching and songwriting.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
During my Higher Certification of Teaching Contemporary Singing qualification, I learnt techniques to help improve the vocals and overall performance skills. This consisted of breathing and warm up techniques, how to teach rhythm, timing and tuning. The science behind singing and how the body works when a person sings amongst many other important strategies.
- How much do you charge?
£25.00 per hour.
- Where do you teach?
I teach my students from my home, although I am willing to travel to students if they live closeby. I live in Bingley, West Yorkshire so I am willing to teach students in the following areas: Baildon, Cullingworth, Wilsden, Harden, Keighley, Shipley, Saltaire & Cottingley.
- When are you available?
I am available during 9.00am - 2.30pm on weekdays. I have some space on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday tea time.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I can teach children aged 8 right through to adult hood.
