About Jacob
I began my journey with Parkour at the age of 14, which naturally led me to Calisthenics and strength training to enhance my skills and physicality. Two years ago, I transitioned into coaching and discovered my passion for helping others grow. Guiding my students towards a positive path of self-improvement and discovery is not just a job—it’s my greatest pleasure. My classes are fun, engaging, and designed to build confidence, strength, and agility in a safe and supportive environment.

I create fun Parkour classes tailored to all skill levels, blending fitness techniques with safe progression and proper form. Each 1-hour session includes warm-ups, skill-building drills, fun challenges, and a cool-down to ensure recovery and injury prevention. With over 2 years of experience teaching Parkour and a Personal Trainer qualification, I am dedicated to helping students build strength, agility, and confidence in a fun and dynamic way. My lessons are ideal for children and beginners of all ages who want to learn Parkour or improve their fitness while discovering the joy of movement and self-improvement.
