About Tayo
I’m Tayo Sabido, an experienced Energy Healer and Reiki Practitioner with over 10 years of dedicated practice in energy work and four years as a certified Reiki practitioner. My professional journey began in healthcare, where I spent most of my career supporting others’ well-being. Over time, I discovered a deep passion for holistic healing and energy work, which led me to shift my focus to helping people restore balance and vitality through Reiki and energy healing. I believe in the power of meditation, healthy eating, and cultivating positive energy to support overall wellness. My approach is rooted in years of experience and a deep commitment to holistic healing, guiding my clients towards physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.

Transform Your Energy, Transform Your Life Hi, I’m Tayo Sabido, a passionate Energy Healer & Reiki Practitioner. I’m here to guide you on a journey of inner healing and balance. Through my personalised healing sessions, I’ll help you release blockages, restore harmony, and reconnect with your true self. What I Offer: • Reiki Healing: A gentle, powerful practice that helps reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support your body’s natural healing process. • Energy Healing: Clear and align your energy to promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Why Energy Healing? We are all made of energy. When that energy is out of balance, it can create stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort. Through my healing sessions, I help you restore balance, release negative energy, and tap into your body’s natural ability to heal itself. If you’re ready to experience deep healing and transformation, I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s work together to restore your mind, body, and spirit.
