I believe that Education is a whole process of learning for the lifetime . Each and every individual is different with their individual capabilities in learning and grasping the method .
So my approach is to first understand the capability of each individual and then help them in the areas where they need help .
At the same time I would like my students to be confident throughout the whole process of learning .
Can do attitude and willingness to learn is what I would like my students to learn first .
