I am an Engineering Graduate, who is not interested in the 9-6 jobs aiming for the UPSC. Choosing this to upgrade my skillset, share knowledge and change the learning methodology. I can engage the student. Connecting personally with them which is more important than being superficial.

Rather than teaching the questions in textbook I believe in clearing the concept which will help in solving anything more than textbook. Teaching from text is a old fashioned style where the student will be learning to by heart rather than understanding, where byhearting is useless these days.
