About Roshni
Hello! My name is Roshni, and I am an engineering graduate currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Having navigated the rigors of a highly demanding academic journey, I have developed a deep appreciation for structured learning, critical thinking, and academic resilience.
I offer dedicated tutoring in Mathematics and Tamil for both Primary and Secondary school students. My goal is not just to help students memorize formulas or vocabulary, but to guide them toward a genuine, conceptual understanding of the material. Recognizing that academic success depends on targeted intervention, I meticulously adapt my curriculum and teaching methodologies to align with each child’s unique learning curve and specific school syllabus requirements.

I adapt my teaching methodology according to each student’s learning pace and academic goals. For subjects like Mathematics, I focus on conceptual clarity, exam-oriented problem solving, and shortcut techniques for better performance. For Tamil lessons, I emphasize on communication skills, grammar, pronunciation, reading comprehension, and fluency through interactive discussions and exercises.
A typical lesson usually lasts between 1 to 2 hours depending on the student’s level and requirements. Lessons can be conducted online or in person, with regular progress tracking and personalized support.
Though I do not have any formal teaching experience, I have experience mentoring peers in academic subjects. My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students.
