About Ben
Ive been involved in boxing for 12+ years coaching for 5+
prior to boxing I played football at a high level so sports and general fitness has always been something I've been part of.
I like to keep ahead of the curve and bring in new ideas either by creating my own or adapting on others.

I have coached people from all levels, if its just starting out in the world of boxing or wanting to brush up on skills you have already learnt I'm able to work with you.
if you want to come along for fitness sessions I can also tailor for that and help with weight loss programs.
I have full access to 2 fully equipped boxing gyms so whatever your need we can put something in place to achieve your goals.
sessions are normally 1 hour long.
