About Mahdi
I’m a passionate England Squash Level 3 Qualified Coach with over 15 years of coaching experience, helping players of all ages and abilities reach their full potential. Since 2009, I’ve coached beginners, club players, county juniors, university teams, and competitive athletes.
I believe every player learns differently, so I tailor every lesson to suit individual needs, creating a positive, enjoyable, and challenging environment that builds confidence and delivers lasting improvement.
Whether your goal is to learn the fundamentals, improve your technique and movement or fitness, or compete at a higher level, I’m committed to helping you achieve your goals and enjoy every step of your squash journey.

My lessons are tailored to each player’s individual goals, age, and ability. Through over 15 years of coaching, I’ve learnt that everyone learns and develops differently, so I adapt my coaching style to suit each player’s needs. Whether you’re a complete beginner, a club player looking to improve, or a competitive player preparing for tournaments, I’ll create a structured plan to help you achieve your goals.
Lessons focus on developing strong technique, movement, tactical awareness, match play, fitness, and confidence in a positive and enjoyable environment. I believe the best results come from making every session engaging, challenging, and rewarding, while ensuring you enjoy the learning process.
My goal is to help every player unlock their full potential, build confidence on court, and leave each lesson feeling motivated, accomplished, and excited to keep improving.
