Everyone has different struggles in life, everyone has different needs and different methods of coping. I would first like to get to know you, your struggles and what mountain your attempting to overcome. I would then like to create a guide of things that I think would be most helpful for you in helping you to overcome your personal mountains.
As a student, I have been opened up to a lot of curriculum around the state of mind and how strong the brain truly is. I would say that I have high expertise in well being as I have been studying this for many years now and looking into ways to better yourself and your mentality. I have learned that following your heart and listening to your gut is the best way for a happy life, as well as following several other steps to learn how to deal with the highs and lows of life.
I am a hard worker with great communication skills and a background in customer services. I enjoy working with people. I am neat and organized and work quickly, whilst thriving to please the customers.
Whilst I was in between jobs during my A Levels I was able to help create an organization within my school, entitled Space to Talk. This meant that I was a counsellor to young children within my school who were undergoing troubles at home or were being bullied. Continuing this on into my university studies I am now part of an organization entitled RAG (raise and give), which is an organization based on charity.
I also attend, and help out with, many well-being gatherings on my campus as I feel that taking care of your heart and mind is very important and yet not many people do that enough.
I also currently proofread and edit my mother’s blog posts about healthy eating and living with allergies.
