About Kirmal
Hello! My name is Kirmal, and I’m passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and thrive. I have over 3 years of experience working with kids as both a private tutor and a supplementary teacher, helping students in primary and secondary school build confidence and achieve their best.
I offer both in-person and virtual tutoring, tailored to each child’s unique needs and learning style. Whether it’s strengthening core subjects, preparing for exams, or providing extra encouragement, I focus on making learning engaging, fun, and rewarding.
Alongside tutoring, I also work as a babysitter, creating a safe, caring, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported. My experience has taught me patience, creativity, and the importance of building trust with both kids and parents.
I truly enjoy seeing children grow not only academically, but also in confidence and curiosity. My goal is to be someone who motivates, encourages, and helps them enjoy the learning process.

For the past 3 years, I have worked with children as both a supplementary teacher and a private tutor, focusing mainly on English and Maths. In supplementary schools, I taught group lessons to primary and secondary students, helping them strengthen their literacy and numeracy skills in line with the UK curriculum.
Alongside this, I offer private one-to-one tuition, where I adapt lessons to each child’s needs and learning style. Many of my students have gone on to achieve excellent results in their schoolwork and assessments. My primary pupils have consistently done well in their KS1 and KS2 SATs as well as 11+ entrance exams, and my secondary students have shown strong progress in class tests and school assessments.
I’m especially proud that my tutoring has helped children gain confidence in their learning, whether it’s acing spelling tests, improving mental maths, or preparing for more formal exams.
