About Marlon
I have 1 year experience in regular English school, and have already worked in the "Comunidade Escola" program, on a voluntary basis. The biggest satisfaction I had was being able to see people of low income who could never pay for English classes, learning to express themselves and understanding some basic phrases. English must be something real, with practical utility, and seeing people getting that contact, for me, was the most important.

My focus is to help those people who really want to speak English, both for travel and for those who would like to watch movies and serials without subtitles. I believe that knowing the rules of grammar is essential, but I still see many people who have a good knowledge of English, can read, but are unable to express themselves in writing and orally.
