About Barnaba
My ideal day is one spent with a book, coffee, and rain outside the window. Living in Ireland for nine months, days like that were an everyday occurrence! I’d be happy to tell you about what I experienced there—what I miss, and what I most definitely don’t! :D
For me, English is not just a tool for communication. It’s a way for me to experience and discover the world—through books, podcasts, and connections with people.
I want to give you the opportunity to have those same experiences.

During my lessons, I focus primarily on English conversation. This is your moment to spend time in the language. (I’m a very patient and understanding teacher, no need to worry!)
I will share with you language-learning methods that will help you quickly master current material or tackle more challenging topics.
I can help with:
- learning vocabulary and using it in speech and writing
- developing a feel for grammar
- pronunciation
I have experience as a teacher at a popular network of English language schools, where I taught children and teenagers.
I have also worked in Ireland at summer day camps, where I ran lessons in English for children from all over the world. I have worked in English speaking office environments as well.
