Depending on the priorities of the student, I implement all key skills into the lesson, ensuring speaking and listening become fluent with time, and reading and writing become more precise alongside understanding of grammar. I understand each person is an individual, and may prefer to focus on one skill which is absolutely fine. I am a qualified ESL tutor with BA in languages, and MA, with approximately 12 of teaching experience with various ages ranging from 4 to over 60. With younger children, I like to include games and more interactive exercises which can be challenging online, so please be mindful of this when requesting online sessions. For adults, I like to do a mix of different activities, including role play, debating, light conversation and of course grammar, depending on the level of the learner.
