About Tasfia
I am a high school student and am a native English speaker. I have extensive experience analyzing literary texts and writing analytical and creative passages. I have achieved high grades with an average grade of 94% in English over the past 4 years. I also have 1 year of experience in debate, where I learned to form convincing arguments and deliver a strong speech. Through this course, I wish to teach students who need help, or would like to accelerate their skills in English.

During a typical lesson, students can choose to read a book from a selection of literary books. During our lessons, I will review literary devices, vocabulary, and provide students with timed passage-analysis. As homework, students will be assigned to write essays on the passages that are read from the book. These assignments will be marked and returned to them to reflect students' progress. The students can also ask for any additional English help that they need for school.
