About Amy
I love learning. I believe that knowledge is one of the most important resources we have and that is passing from person to person is essential.
My High School and university experience in English and History has given me the tools and skills to communicate ideas and share knowledge with others in a way that helps both myself and my students learn and appreciate knowledge.
I hope that I am able to teach my students both the content they want to learn and instil an appreciation for knowledge and a passion for learning.

I teach using a combination of lecture-style content, question and answer worksheets, written tasks and reading tasks.
Lessons are online and typically an hour long but can be lengthened or shortened as required.
I have been tutoring professionally for about a year and was a peer mentor for the duration of high school.
My teaching style and experience means that my lessons are typically more suitable for high school and university students.
