About Gomati
I have been giving 1-1 ESL classes for 7 months with Learn English at Home, currently remotely via Zoom. I have been teaching an individual client for this duration. My student has improved their comprehension and confidence in both understanding and practising oral and written English. I also have informal experience in assisting neighbours who do not speak English well.

I am currently studying my BA in English Language and Linguistics and I have been volunteering with Learn English at Home, a charity offering 1-1 and group ESL classes to residents of Kingston and Richmond boroughs (currently remotely due to Covid) since July. My methodology is tailored to individual needs and interests but my classes are very practical, prompting the client to speak English for the majority of the lessons with a focus on improving the client's confidence and comprehension.
