Tutor based in Church Stretton who, whilst at school, achieved Grade 9 in both English Language and English Literature GCSEs, a Grade A at English Language and Literature AS Level, and predicted Grade A at A Level (results pending). I have tutored GCSE students before.

My teaching method is exam-focused, so I focus on exam technique and ways to gain extra marks in GCSE exams. I also find it very useful to provide and talk through high-scoring examples as well as marking and providing feedback on an individuals' work. I am not a teacher, but whilst in school and college I spent a lot of time tutoring younger students so I have already refined my teaching method and have a fair amount of experience under my belt.
I will provide learning materials and will always be available between lessons to mark any extra work.

Details
My rate is £14/hour, but I recommend hour and a half lessons which I set at £20 (save 5%).
A block booking of 12 hours (either 12 hour lessons or 8 hour-and-a-half lessons) costs £143 (save 15%).
The prices include provision of extra materials and online support between lessons.
