About Evie
I'm Evie Wainwright. I'm 16 years old and have a passion for English. As cliché as it sounds, I do just love to sit and read, write, and analyse certain parts of literature. I just want to help people with English. It's a hard subject, but once you know the techniques to use it becomes so so much easier. English can also be a powerful tool for future use, I just want to help people achieve their potential.

- Depending on the level of study, I will structure the lesson as each person needs it. For those studying at a GCSE level, lessons can be dedicated to detailed analysis of poems and texts. Or devoted to structuring exam answers. Each lesson will have mini tests or links with other parts of the course, but I understand that this style isn't for everyone, so can work on other strategies if needed. Lower levels of study can be to focus on spelling, creative writing, language/ structure techniques etc to prepare for future education
- I'd like to do hour long lessons, but happy to do tailored times if that's more convenient
- My lessons are aimed at students years 7-11. Given that I recently sat my GCSE's, I think that I can really help with supporting students in year 10/11, and I feel like having a younger tutor provides a level of relatability for students.
