About Buddleia
I studied English Literature at the University of East Anglia where I specialised in medieval and early-modern literature. Afterwards I began tutoring children to GCSE level.

I was home-educated up until sixth-form and as a result learnt the importance of independent study. I am here to facilitate pupils' learning so that they are equipped with the tools to make their own discoveries. Supplying pupils with basic knowledge like how to structure an essay will ensure that they can face new academic challenges with confidence.
I know there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to this, and the beauty of private tutoring is that I can tailor each lesson according to each student's skills, interests, and needs. I like to be creative with my lesson plans and offer students a chance to be creative with their learning too.
