About Niamh
I am a University Student entering her last year studying English Literature. The main reason I love to tutor is the ability to help my tutees realise that English Literature is a truly fascinating subject. I aspire to help raise people's confidence when it comes to tackling different texts or ideas and really reinforce the notion that 'no idea is a bad idea' !

- When teaching, my aim is to make lessons as engaging as possible, whether the tutee enjoys English or not. I usually allow the student to lead the lesson, aiding and guiding them to the correct answers without spelling it out for them.
- A typical lesson would last between 40 minutes to an hour (or longer) depending on how long the tutee is able to focus.
- My lessons are for children in KS3 and wishing to pass their 11+ exams, as well as those studying for their GCSEs.
