About Mars
I am an English major with a minor in Public and Professional Writing at Fordham University. I am originally from Maryland, where I was the editor-in-chief of a literary magazine! I also spent this past summer running educational programs for kids, where I would teach them about wildlife conservation.

Is English class where you find yourself struggling? That was my math experience throughout my high school years. I went through handfuls of tutors because they kept getting frustrated with my lack of understanding that often comes along with my learning disabilities (ADHD and dyscalculia).
I plan on bringing a level of patience and understanding that is hard to find, especially for those who also struggle with learning disabilities. Rather than pushing a student through standard teaching methods, I will assess each individual and work with them to figure out the best approach for them.
