With an amalgamated experience in language coaching, mentoring, and communication training put to use, I work in the capacity of an Asst. Manager, Voice & Accent Training, for British Council.
I've trained call centre agents in my language coaching career and have a considerable experience with adult learners and learning methodologies.

I like the old school methods of using white board to explain the rules of the language, and grammar. This is followed by discussion and brainstorming sessions.
Learning by repetition is what I find the most effective.
I strongly follow the principles of adult learning, and catering to various kinds of learners in ways specific to their learning needs.
