4.5 years of work experience, including working directly with young people on behalf of an award winning social mobility organisation - helping young people with their employability.
Enthusiastic about the next generation of young people. Everyone has something they are amazing at - they just need some help realising what that is!

Two types of lesson on offer -
Academic - strong commitment to analysing current level and determining best next steps. Coaching responses from students rather than dictating the answers (the 'how' rather than the 'what').
Employability - focused on two areas:
1. 'Getting a job' - CVs, personal statements, body language, enabling students to present their authentic self.
2. Skills - communication, problem solving, teamwork, etc
Comfortable to mix these in singular lessons or focus on one.
