My teaching method is Enquiry-based-learning. Not a lecturer, I prefer to be a mentor, where teaching-learning process is divided into:
1. Topic introduction
2. Enquiry based understanding of the Topic
3. Topic assimilation
4. Application
5. Exercises and Revision to aid retention
Strongly believe that we should measure education not in a quantitative but a qualitative way. The amount of lectures and homework is meaningless if the quality of the knowledge imbibed is mediocre.
