Through my experience in tutoring, I am often very in tune to a child's individual ability and style of learning. Having also had experience in tutoring children who are both mildly and severely autistic and dyslexic, I believe that I have the ability to encourage any child to engage with any text. I do believe that written comprehension is key to a child's abilities in all forms of study, therefore, I aim to make that a focus in most of my sessions.
I am a student preparing to enter into my first year of Undergraduate study to read English Literature. In past, I have taught groups of Primary School age children, generally sized 1-4. I have a sound grasp of the English language and find it to be exciting and in turn vital to a child's development.
I attained an A in English Language and an A in English Literature at GCSE level. I have also attained an A in my English A-Level.
