My teaching method will be relaxed, taking place over the phone, through video call or text if preffered. I am aiming to provide 1 to 1 talking therapy sessions and be there to listen and help work through any issues at the root of negative thinking. Our arrangement will be mutually beneficial, helping me to gain experience in this area and gain happiness from helping others, and you can gain cheaper access to a reliable support system
