About Marcella
I've been an English teacher for 15 years. Have been working as school coordinator for two in a large language school, and there I discovered the method of immersion, which I identified as the most effective; since then I have used this method in all my classes. I teach content not in parts but as a whole, and I give the tools for the student to talk from the first lesson.

Throughout my 13 years of experience in People Management in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, here in Brazil and in all the other countries I've visited, I've seen hundreds of people losing great and perhaps unique opportunities just because they do not dominate the English.
Thinking about it, I put some packages on basic needs so that my students do not go through situations like this.
