I am a professional teacher of English literature and ancient Greek. I have spent years studying and teaching English and foreign languages. My lessons follow the principal that learning a language should be from keeping language comprehensible, repetitive and engaging. I ask questions, speak at a comprehensible pace, utilize games, read and exemplify study skills for reading comprehension, and help students learn new words through context clues . I also help them use new words in the proper context which is true to how a native English speaker would use a word and a grammar rule.
