I use different teaching methods according to the student or the group I am addressing. First I do a small diagnostic test to verify what level the student is in. Then I look for the most appropriate method for the students according to their way of learning in such a way that they use the didactic resources that best suit them. Flashcards, Posters, Crosswords, Puzzles, etc. Videos, Podcasts, Infographics, Songs, Trivia. In the case of grammar, I use the method of Drills (Mechanical, Semi-mechanical and Free Drills) in such a way that students progressively and naturally learn the use in context of grammar. I give a space inside the class to listen to the interests of the students and in that way I design the class to address topics that are useful to them. The practical exercises are essential before the evaluations. The evaluations fulfill the objective of making the student see what his progress is and that he has to practice more. I am a very positive teacher and I give constant feedback to my students to motivate them to learn. We can all learn English if we want it!
