I am an English Teacher who has spent 3 years tutoring children for an online home-based school. I have also got experience with classroom teaching as I spent 3 months in Vietnam. I have been around children all my life - my mom owned a holiday club and taught at a preschool, and I was always keen to assist!

I enjoy having an open classroom by allowing children to express themselves, as this will help to ensure they are comfortable whilst learning. I believe communication is key, especially for learners! So it is imperative that they get involved in the class as well as the activities. This will ensure maximum understanding of the topic. I love to use colors and pictures to keep it interesting and visually appealing for the learners (especially when the learners are young) as this will keep their attention fixated on the lesson!
