About Rupert
I qualified with a bachelor's degree in 1981 and completed my PGCE in 1982. I extended my knowledge in 1992 by taking a Masters in Education whilst working full time in Singapore. My main interest is in A level and International Baccalaureate teaching but have great experience at Key Stage 4 (GCSE level). I am familiar with all current syllabus requirements and have developed a number of very successful approaches.

My teaching method is largely based on inductive reasoning and students are encouraged to seek knowledge at their own pace. I especially encourage learners to extend their own understanding and to develop a wider vocabulary that will enhance their ability to communicate effectively.
