About Imaya
My name is Imaya, and I am a dedicated and professional English tutor from an English-speaking background. I hold an LLB degree from the University of London and am currently pursuing a Master of Management at ICL Graduate Business School. My academic background has strengthened my advanced English language, writing, and communication skills.
I have experience tutoring English to learners who need additional support, helping them build confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension. I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s level and learning goals, creating a supportive and respectful learning environment.
Alongside tutoring, I worked as a Conveyancer, a role that requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and clear communication. This experience reflects my strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students improve their English skills and achieve their personal or academic goals.

I use a supportive, student-centred approach, adapting each lesson to the learner’s level and goals. I focus on improving reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and speaking through clear explanations and guided practice.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes.
I come from an English-speaking background, hold an LLB from the University of London, and have experience tutoring English to children. I also worked as a Conveyancer, which strengthens my communication and organisational skills.
I tutor anyone who needs support learning English, including children, students, and adults.
