About Justin
I've been in classrooms as an educator since 2006, both in America and South Korea, where I've taught ages from middle-school up to University. I've had students from all over the world, and have delighted in sharing the joys of creative writing as well as film and literature analysis with them.

-My teaching techniques involve finding out what specifically my students are interested in and then catering my lessons to that. Once a student's needs and wants are established, I'll walk through a basic guided writing process with them, offering options to them for completing a work or individual assignment as needed and further narrowing down their particular learning style.
-Lesson length is designed around a one-hour model.
-I have over 14 years of experience as a professional educator, 7 of which have been spent teaching creative writing, literature, and film at the university level. I have both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in English, both with emphasis on creative writing.
-My lessons are appropriate for students aged 16-and-up, from beginners to advanced learners. I also have significant experience (8+ years) teaching English Language Learners (ELL) who may have English as their second or third language.
