About Suraj
Hello! I’m Suraj Roy, a dedicated Mathematics tutor with a B.Sc. in Pure Science and more than 6 years of teaching experience. I’m passionate about helping students from Grades 6 to 10 build a solid foundation in Mathematics and discover the joy of learning. My classes are engaging, supportive, and designed to help students truly understand the “why” behind every concept. I focus on developing problem-solving skills, boosting confidence, and turning challenges into achievements. My teaching style is centered on making Mathematics simple, logical, and enjoyable. I use real-life examples and interactive methods to help students connect concepts with understanding, not just memorization. Every student learns differently, so I customize my approach to fit individual needs and learning pace.
Each lesson lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours and includes concept explanations, guided problem-solving, and practice exercises. With over 6 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Science, I’ve successfully guided students from Grades 6–10 to build confidence, improve grades, and develop a genuine interest in Math.
