About Lara
Hi, I am Lara Bruyelles, 20 years old, I have been playing piano for 15 years now, I am passionate about music and especially piano. I got my 8 grades in France (where I learnt music).
I speak French and English.
I came to London 2 years ago to study music where I stayed in a music performance course until last July, this gave me even more experience.
I have been busking on streets in central London, performing in pubs, restaurants, concerts from a young age, and I have been teaching piano for 1 year.
I am now teaching piano for a teaching company and I am currently looking for new students.
Please note I mostly teach beginners, all ages, and I have my DBS checked.
I teach my students a number of techniques, such as : sight reading, improvisation, rhythm, posture... While also building up their confidence, I always strive to make my lessons as fun and engaging as possible.
Anyone can become a good pianist as long as they have a desire to learn, I will be here every step of the way to insure you achieve your goals.
I have had a classical piano training which brings me a huge diversity in my playing and teaching, so depending on what music style you want to explore and develop, I will be here to adapt to your needs.
I only charge 20£/ hour,
or 15£/ 30min
(+travel expenses)
The lessons take place in my studio 5mn away from Shepherd's Bush station (central line), or I can come to your home (travel expenses added to the lesson fee).
