About Sreejith E R
Im an ECE engineer who has an experience of handling Mathematics and Physics upto higher secondary level.
I also have an experience as aptitude trainer at Edge Academy, Palakkad and I can handle Basic Mathematics, General Knowledge and Verbal Reasoning.
I have cracked SSC CGL Tier 2 exams recently and waiting for the results also I was empanelled in RRB JE merit list but unfortunately got into the waiting list.

The teaching methodology is what makes the teaching effective and understandable to the students.
Different topics require different approaches.
Few topics require more of problem solving so that the students get into the flow and understand the concepts and few requires lot of theroetical knowledge to learn and understand the concept. Also, there are students of various categories and tastes in each classes.
As a mentor, the major challenge is to identify students who fall into those different categories and plan our classes accordingly so that they get a clear idea of the subject within the gven time limit.
