About Matteo
I obtained the CLTA certificate (Certificate in Teaching Italian to Adults) at the prestigious Italian Cultural Institute of London and I got the highest grade (A, excellent); moreover, I'm teaching in this Institute at the moment and I'm also providing private tuitions to different students of different levels and with different purposes, from general interest in the Italian language and culture to the AS/A2 preparation.
I also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Milan, 2012.

I normally use communicative teaching methods based on the "Affective-Humanistic Approach", but I'm also able to teach in a more traditional way, utilizing programmes and materials given to students by the schools. Should it be needed, I will create specific, authentic materials and I will tailor the lessons to the different students’ needs and levels. I will motivate students not only by using classic educational materials, but also by proposing technological, practical and cultural activities based on everyday needs and always student-centered.
I’m definitely moved by a deep passion for this job, and my linguistic and literary background are the concrete evidence of it!
