About Isabella
Hiya! My names Izzy I’m a 19 year old medical student. I am dedicated committed and understanding and want to help students succeed! I achieved all A *’s at GCSE and have 3 offers to study medicine. I apply the same hardworking approach to my school work as I do to helping others. This is most clear in my previous experience tutoring 3 students in year 11 where I helped to improve their grades and confidence significantly. My young age means I understand what kids feel like today and completely relate to how frustrating it can be to not understand a topic or subject - this makes me even more enthused to help and gives me better understanding of how to do so.

School for me has been an incredible part of my life. I have such a love for learning things and genuinely enjoy it. However my experience at school hasn’t been picture perfect, there are certain subjects that I have struggled with significantly! I know what it feels like to sit in a classroom and just not get it - it’s horrible. I also know how much I would have benefited from having an older student who could help walk me through topics or subjects I found hard at my own pace. This is what I want to provide you with! I also want to try to make sessions as cheap as possible to make them accessible to as many people as possible. In terms of the structure of lessons I can provide pre planned activities and resources to work from, I have an abundance of notes, posters and questions from my own studies. I completely understand that all students are different and learn in different ways so I can cater for these individual needs!!

Izzy is a trustworthy tutor who is punctual, knowledgeable and engaging. Her IB background allows her to teach a range of subjects in depth at all levels. She is always prepared and engaging so I would absolutely recommend her as a tutor.
Izzy is an absolutely amazing tutor who really helped me during my GCSE period with science, especially chemistry, and exam technique. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very kind and patient and i found that I had a big improvement in my confidence after tutoring with her.
