I use a task-based approach and the communicative method to encourage discussion and collaboration as tools for learning. After an initial assessment, I plan lessons that address individual learners' needs, and how to best achieve their goals.
With a background in Linguistics and ESL, I help my learners build confidence in their English literacy skills. My lessons focus on acquiring a wider vocabulary, an understanding of grammar and knowledge of linguistic conventions for writing, reading and speaking.
