About Abisoye
I recently graduated from Queen Mary University of London where I got a first class degree in Economics and Finance. Studying Economics has allowed to me to simplify and effectively teach maths.
For the past 4 months I have been volunteering abroad where I taught children english and maths. I love interacting with children and helping them to understand mathematical principles they may struggle with or improve on. I believe being understanding, innovative and patient makes all the difference when teaching my students.

I believe being understanding, innovative and patient makes all the difference when teaching my students.
Teaching in South Africa and Madagascar required me to plan lessons and find innovative ways to keep my students engaged. As there was a language barrier in Madagascar it was even more critical for me to find new ways to communicate effectively with my students, ensuring they understood the material that was taught. Volunteering abroad taught me how to quickly adapt and gave me the opportunity to find new ways to interact with students.
